Debra Beagle

Debra Beagle is the CEO/managing broker/owner of The Ashton Real Estate Group with RE/MAX Advantage in Nashville, Tennessee. A national speaker and coach, Beagle has spoken at events across the U.S. and Canada on business strategies, recruiting and growth, and operational excellence. She was recently elected the first vice president of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) for 2025, and will serve as national RRC president in 2027. Beagle was recognized as an RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in 2024 and REALTOR® of the Year by the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® in 2022. She was also recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of Nashville’s Top Female CEOs/executives & Woman of Influence in 2021. A multi-million dollar producer, Beagle oversees 190 agents, a staff of 42 and 14,000-plus transactions exceeding $6 billion in sales. She holds over 700 hours of real estate continuing education and 16 designations.
