Gino Blefari is the CEO of HomeServices of America, the country’s largest residential real estate brokerage company based on transactions, and chairman of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Real Living Real Estate franchise networks. Blefari joined HomeServices from Silicon Valley, California-based Intero Real Estate Services, which he founded in 2002—and through mid-2014, served as its president and CEO. Under Blefari’s direction, Intero became one of the fastest organically growing companies in the history of real estate. Blefari has earned the Leadership Award from the Tom Ferry Organization and was inducted into the Mike Ferry Organization’s Leadership Hall of Fame.
