Jillian Young

Jillian Young is the president of Premiere Plus Realty in Southwest Florida, serving 1,500 associates in six offices, and earned an RISMedia Top 100 Power Broker designation with $4.2 billion in sales volume and 9,300 transaction sides. Young also leads a referral brokerage with 300 associates and the in-house mortgage and title brands. She is a committee member at her REALTOR® board and volunteers with local non-profits through the brokerage’s PPR Cares initiative, which gives 10% of transaction fees back to local charities.
