Leo Pareja is the CEO of eXp Realty, bringing over 15 years of experience to the company. In 2012, he co-founded Washington Capital Partners (WCP), creating one of the largest private lending companies on the East Coast. In 2016, he co-founded Remine, one of the fastest-growing MLS platforms in the industry. In his current role, he leads the company’s strategies to enhance and continually develop eXp Realty’s competitive edge and its value proposition to agents. Pareja is dedicated to optimizing the organization and pursuing new growth opportunities.
