As president and CEO, Nunan oversees all aspects of Houlihan Lawrence’s operations, including the company’s residential and commercial brokerage divisions, while shaping company strategy to drive growth. Nunan brings a unique perspective that combines knowledge and experience in brokerage management and operations, with corporate relocation and the luxury real estate market. She began her career with real estate brokerages in Philadelphia and then the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., areas before moving to New York and joining Houlihan Lawrence, where she helmed the Global Business Development team. She was appointed COO in 2018, then president and CEO in March 2020. A licensed real estate broker, Nunan served on the Board of Directors for NAR from 2006 to 2018 and the Board of Directors of the Hudson Gateway MLS from 2014 to 2017.
