With both his engineering background and extensive consulting experience, O'Connor is a significant force behind the growth and development of the company. His responsibilities include overseeing operations and technology. Through his dedicated leadership, Terrie O'Connor REALTORS (TOCR) has become the top independent real estate brokerage firm in Northern New Jersey. O'Connor is a member of Leading Real Estate MTAC and the NJMLS Board of Directors. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as coaching youth sports and volunteering on the Upper Saddle River Baseball Board.
