A U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and seasoned real estate professional, Michele Harrington serves as the first female CEO for FirstTeam Real Estate, the largest independent real estate brokerage in California. Since taking over the helm in late 2023, Harrington’s leadership has helped to reclaim FirstTeam’s position as the go-to real estate brokerage for buyers, sellers and agents, recently regaining top market share in Orange County along with being on pace to surpass a 2024 goal of recruiting $1 billion in agents and teams.
