About this Speaker

Six years after serving in the Marine Corps, Mike Coke started his real estate career in 2001 as a land sales consultant working for a national land development company whose niche was waterfront and recreational property. During this time, Coke led the company in sales in each of his first four years, setting new company sales records each year. In 2005, he was promoted to general manager of the company’s Wisconsin division and oversaw the acquisition, development, marketing and sales of development projects throughout Wisconsin. During this time, Coke was an integral part of the company, making the Inc. 500 list four years in a row. In 2010, Coke opened his own real estate brokerage, Terra Firma Realty. Initially, the brokerage focused primarily on lake properties and has been ranked No. 1 in lakefront sales since 2010 for the South Central Wisconsin MLS, which consists of more than 3,800 agents. Having recently expanded his brokerage to include residential properties in the greater Madison, Wis., area, Coke’s team currently ranks in the top 1% of total sales within their MLS. In addition to being the broker/owner of Terra Firma Realty, Coke is also the team leader of the Mike Coke Real Estate Team and master level coach for Workman Success Systems. As a coach, he loves the opportunity to share his experience and knowledge with other broker/owners and team leaders across the country who are looking to exponentially grow their business.
