Nikki Coppa began her career in organized real estate in San Diego County in 1999. As a single parent, she focused her efforts on residential sales until she began volunteering at her local association in 2004. She then began serving on local committees, ascending to serve as president of the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® in 2011. She became general manager of a small 42-agent firm in 2010, which grew to 275 agents, three offices and No. 1 in marketshare by the end of 2013. She left to run her own brokerage but found that her passion to be one-on-one with agents was being starved by the minutia involved with running a company. She is now the managing broker for CENTURY 21 Award’s 14 offices throughout Southern California. Her most challenging positions for the California Association of REALTORS® include chair of the Standard Forms Advisory Committee, vice chair of the Strategic Planning & Finance Committee, chair of the Defense Strategy Advisory Committee and chair of the Risk Management Issues Committee for NAR.
