Patrick Ryan has been a broker for 12 years with over 400 closed transactions. He was chosen by Chicago Agent Magazine for their 2015 Who's Who Edition, is president of the Chicago Midwest Chapter of FIABCI, ILHM 2015 Outstanding Achievement Award winner, and has been ranked in the Top 1% of Chicago REALTORS® since 2006. Ryan has lived in downtown Chicago for 20 years, thereby knowing the city extremely well. His first six years in real estate were primarily spent in marketing multi-unit developer projects from 5 to 300 units. It gave him a superior level of knowledge in all facets of the overall process—from both the buyer and seller perspective. Ryan now uses this knowledge for his individual buyers and sellers. He strives to navigate the stress of the process, put his clients in the best possible situation and have it be a rewarding and fun experience. Patrick graduated from Indiana University at Bloomington with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. He currently lives in Bucktown with his wife and 15-year-old daughter and volunteers in the Cancer and Blood Disorder wing at Lurie’s Children’s Hospital.
