Shelly Vincent

Shelly Vincent is the VP of Operations and Employing Broker in Colorado for HomeSmart. She oversees seven offices, $5.6 billion in annual volume and over 2,500 agents. She is also the Vice Chair of REcolorado and Chair of MLS Policy for them. REColorado is one of the largest and most innovative MLSs in the nation. Shelly has also been recently appointed to the Legislative Policy Committee for the Colorado Association of Realtors. Shelly is passionate about the professional development of agents and the use of proptech and AI in the real estate industry. She has been a featured speaker and panelist many times and enjoys podcasting for REColorado.
